Cultivating an inner desire to serve others is fundamental to all aspects of the Adorata Path of Enlovement. In Adorata, we are always careful to balance the masculine modality of giving and the feminine modality of receiving. Without outward service, even the most earnest spiritual practice risks decaying into self-indulgence, just as outwardly-oriented spirituality does not lead to permanent inner transformation without the core strength and dedication necessary to transmute our own shadow.
